Its a pretty far-fetched question, I’ll admit, but I just want to know.

Where do you think would be the best place for a group of FOUR friends to live in the Big Apple? SoHo? Greenwich Village? Chelsea? Lets pretend money is not an option. Also, lets say that these four friends don’t want to live in the Upper East and West sides.

Which district lets you PAY for the apartment/condo fully, so all the four friends have left to pay for is the water and electricity bills? Or, which district lets four people stay in the same apartment/condo?
