preferably around central park and times square?? me and my friend are planning on moving to new york after we graduate next year so its not urgent. but we would really like to live near central park and times square. we want the rent to be around 00 but thats probly not gonna happen so maybe around 00 its thats possible.
do you think it would be cheaper to get a 3 bedroom apartment and find another roommate to help pay rent??

about 3 years ago stayed in The "Plaza Hotel New Yorks Most exciting hotel experience"(home alone 2) and i just found out that it was renovated and is going to be turned into condos . i fell in love with this place the first time i saw it in home alone 2 and when i actually stayed in one of the rooms. I was just Wondering on how much would it cost to live and own a condo in the Plaza Hotel now known as "The Plaza" I’m Guessing around the 2-5 hundred thousand dollars range but i maybe wrong? Its so close to many attractions like times square,Central park and St.Patricks Cathedral. i make about 45 thousand dollars a year can i manage to pay the monthly bill with that?
